The Ghana Civil Aviation Authority is turning its attention to recovering parts of the helicopter that crashed into the coast of Takoradi during a routine flight to an oil rig last week.
This follows the discovery of the body of the eighth victim, 30-year-old Walter Koblah Agortimevor, a drilling mud engineer whose body was washed ashore.
Three other persons including the two pilots died in that fatal crash.

While some parts of the helicopter have been found, the bigger portion is yet to be found, Taylor said.
He added about 20 fishermen have been tasked to help in the search.
Albert Taylor said the sight scan is also being used to scan the sea bed as part of efforts to find the remaining parts of the helicopter.
The disaster happened on May 8, 2014 off the coast of West Cape Three points.
Four persons died with four others surviving.
Albert Taylor who is also the director of Air Traffic services said a committee set up by the Transport Ministry will on Monday visit the Western Region to continue investigations into the crash.
