Lauren Haute Couture is a sophisticated women’s fashion brand originated in Ghana founded by Lauren Ama Bartels.
After graduating from Joyce Ababio School of Creative Designs, the designer further went to develop her career as a fashion designer creating extraordinary and extravagant pieces for celebrities and clients.
Despite building the aesthetic of her brand in the world of couture, she has also from time to time released ready to wear collections.
Lauren has showcased on various platforms, her most recent fashion show was Accra Fashion Week where she wowed the audience with various unique pieces using silk African print fabrics as seen below.
With her beautiful designs, consistently being showcased on her Facebook wall, it is no surprise she bagged the ‘Designer Of The Year’ award at the just-ended Women’s Choice Awards.
The brand has styled and designed outfits for Nana Aba Anamua and Joselyn Dumas at the Golden movie awards and seeing them dazzle on that red carpet. Lauren Haute Couture is known for its elegant yet dramatic flair and aesthetic that provides a fairytale appeal to its clients’ preferences.
Elaborate silhouettes and dramatic cuts form part of Lauren’s repertoire of styling making her a force to reckon with within the fashion industry.

Although these are slow and humble beginnings, we should expect a lot more from Lauren in the upcoming future.
