The Ghana Football Association has charged 45 Division One League clubs over their failure to organise pre-match press conferences ahead of their games over the weekend.
The clubs were charged for breaching Article 34(6)(d) of the GFA Division One League Regulations, 2019, and the GFA Pre-Match Directives.
All clubs involved failed to hold pressers before their matchday 22 fixtures across all zones in the division.
According to the GFA, their inability to hold the pressers "constitutes misconduct that brings the name of the game into disrepute."
The clubs have been given until April 8 to respond to the charges.
Elsewhere, 10 Women's Premier League clubs have also been charged for the same reason.
These include: Hasaacas Ladies, Police Ladies, Faith Ladies, Northern Ladies, Supreme Ladies, Kumasi Sports Academy Ladies, Prison Ladies, Jonina Ladies, Army Ladies and Halifax Queens.
They also have until April 8 to respond to the charges.
