Ghana has confirmed 21 new Mpox cases, bringing the total confirmed cases to 467.
According to the latest situation report from the Ghana Health Service (GHS), the death toll remains at one, with no current hospital admissions.
All 16 regions have now recorded cases of the disease, heightening concerns about the rising numbers nationwide.

Health authorities, however, are yet to confirm when the vaccines that have been secured will arrive in the country for the rollout to begin.
Mpox spreads mainly through close contact.
The general public is advised to stay alert, practice good hygiene, and seek medical care if they develop symptoms such as fever, headache, rash, swollen lymph nodes, or muscle pain.
