Ghana have the chance to win their fourth Africa Youth Championship title after defeating Mali on penalties on Tuesday to reach the final in Algeria.
After drawing goalless in extra time, the game in Oran was decided on penalties with Ghana going on to win 4-2.
The Black Satellites will meet Egypt in the final on Saturday after the North African side edged out Nigeria in the other semi-final.
Richmond Nketiah scored the decisive kick but the hero on the night was goalkeeper Ofori Antwi who saved two spot kicks.
Ghana's final meeting with Egypt will be the second between both sides at the Championship after Sellas Tetteh's side came up shot, losing 2-1 in their opening Group A match.
Ghana's - three-time winners (1993, 1999 and 2009) can win their fourth, which will be Sellas Tetteh's second after guiding the Black Satellites to their last title.
