For its outstanding performance in customer service delivery in Ghana’s gaming industry, the Golden Dragon Casino Ghana Limited has been adjudged best in ‘Customer Service Experience’ at the maiden Ghana Gaming and Lottery Awards.
The awards scheme, organised by Syndicated Entertainment Solutions in partnership with the Gaming Commission of Ghana and the National Lottery Authority, aimed at promoting responsible gaming practices, fostering innovation, and recognising outstanding contributions in the industry.
Golden Dragon Casino embraces innovation to enhance customer service; the company recently implemented a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, allowing for personalized service and efficient issue tracking.
Its innovation is driven by customer feedback, leading to creative solutions for service enhancement.

As part of the Millionaires Gaming Africa Group, Golden Dragon Casino is dedicated to providing a premier customer service experience.
Commenting on the award, Miss Gabriela Dimitrova, General Manager of Golden Dragon Casino reiterated its commitment to promote responsible gaming to uphold the integrity of the sector.
She also noted that the company’s commitment to promoting Ghana as a tourist destination and contributing to its economic development has been recognised through numerous prestigious awards.
“We are dedicated to providing the best gaming experience for our customers and will continue to innovate and improve our services; we look forward to further enhancing our offerings and setting industry standards”.
Alex Apau Dadey, Board Chair of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre said, “Despite its achievements, the gaming industry faces numerous challenges particularly the illegal operations of unlicensed entities.
He mentioned that these operators undermined the integrity of the sector, deprived government of the much-needed revenue, and put consumers at risk.
Mr Dadey stressed that to address these challenges there was a need for all stakeholders to collaborate and ensure that the industry remains well regulated, transparent and sustainable.
Sammy Awuku, Director General of the NLA also expressed his excitement to partner an award scheme which appreciates the work and contributions of industry players.
He said the project will not only demystify the myths about the game but expose the activities of persons engaged in illegal operations, which are NLA's biggest distractors.

On the night, Millionaires Casino won the Gaming Operator of the Year; Private Lottery Operator of the Year; Alpha Lotto Ltd, Responsible Gaming Initiative Award; BetPawa (Choplife Gaming Ltd), Responsible Lottery Initiative Award; Rand Lottery Ltd, Innovation in Gaming Technology; BetPAWA, Innovation in Lottery Technology; Wulucky Ghana Ltd.
The rest were, Gaming Marketing Company of the Year; BetPAWA, Lottery Marketing Company of the Year; Alpha Lotto Ltd, Gaming Regulatory Compliance Award; Wingatebet Ltd, Lottery Regulatory Compliance Award and Rand Lottery Ltd.
Lifetime Achievement Award (Lottery) – Dr George Gyamfi (Industry Expert, NCA), Non-Corporate Lotto Marketing Company of the Year – Ms Mercy Emefa Avorgbedor, Corporate Lotto Marketing Company of the Year – Mr Francis Opoku (Money Zone Co.
