The Ghana ocean racing has outdoored its logo at ceremony at Hilburi Resort at Aburi in the Eastern Region.
The event was to honour Peniel Kobby Boateng who emerged the winner of a contest for design of the logo for the Ghana Ocean Racing team.
The Ghana Ocean Racing team joined the world of ocean racing in 2012 after the National Sports Authority gave approval for the team to represent the country as the new national team.
The Ghana Ocean Racing team is currently working to enter the Amateur Clipper World Race in 2015/16 to prepare the team for the Volvo Ocean Race in 2017/18 and the IMOCA race series.
