Premier real estate and lifestyle event, the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE), is set to make its highly anticipated return to Accra on Monday, December 16, and Tuesday, December 17, 2024, in the elegant surroundings of the Alisa Hotel.
This marks the grand finale of GPLE’s record-breaking global tour, which has already attracted unprecedented attendance in Washington D.C. and London earlier this year.
Christmas has come early for organisers On Point Property Management who have seen the number of guests register for the Accra event triple since its inaugural event last year.
The two-day Expo, held in partnership with the British High Commissioner, who sees the Expo as a safe and transparent platform for the diaspora to invest in Ghana - comes as the country’s economy continues to grow, with a 6.9% year-on-year growth in Q2 2024—the fastest in five years.
The event, themed “Diligently Building Wealth Through Ghana Real Estate: The Future of Property Investment,” aims to harness this momentum by connecting global investors, the diaspora, and local stakeholders to Ghana’s burgeoning property market.
Since its launch in 2017, the GPLE and real estate sister founders Anna and Victoria Agyekum, have played a transformative role in shaping Ghana's real estate landscape, bridging the gap between global investors and the country's growing property sector. In recent years, real estate has been a major benefactor in Ghana's boom in tourism and investment.
Diana Afriyie Addo, Head of Trade & Investment at the Ghana High Commission UK and Ireland, and event speaker underscored the Expo’s significance, saying, "The GPLE is not just an exhibition; it’s a critical platform for sharing accurate, transparent information to empower attendees to invest confidently in Ghana’s real estate market.
"With Ghana experiencing a property and tourism boom, events like these are vital for fostering sustainable growth and wealth creation.
"We work with organisations and companies in the private sector like On Point Property Management, which are the engine of growth for our country.”
The Expo will feature a lineup of influential speakers, including Keith McMahon MBE – UK’s Deputy High Commissioner to Ghana; Evans Amoah-Nyamekye, Head of Diaspora Affairs for Ghana Bar Association and Justice Barmia Yaw Kodie Oppong.
A Unique Opportunity for Investors
Organised by Anna and Victoria also in partnership with Access Bank (Ghana) PLC, the Expo offers attendees exclusive access to property, finance, and legal experts from leading firms like Goldkey Properties and Clifton Homes.
Victoria Agyekum, Co-Founder of On Point Property Management, commented, "The GPLE is a one-stop shop for anyone interested in investing in Ghana’s vibrant property market.
"From expert insights to exclusive opportunities, this event is a must-attend for anyone looking to navigate the process and make informed, sustainable investments."
The Expo is not just about investment; it celebrates Ghana’s innovation, opportunity, and cultural richness.
With the support of private-sector champions, such as On Point Property Management, the event aims to bridge gaps, empower the diaspora, and drive economic growth.
On Point director and co-founder, Anna Agyekum added, "We are delighted to be back in Ghana for the finale of our three-continent Expo.
"For anyone looking to purchase property in Ghana, this event is a must. With property, finance and legal experts attending, this is the one-stop-shop that can’t be missed.”
