Ghana international Ibrahim Sadiq was involved in his first goal for AZ Alkmaar as they sealed an emphatic win over PEC Zwolle on Sunday evening.

The 23-year-old started from the bench once again for the club in the Dutch Eredivisie as they travelled away from home.

Mayckel Lahdo opened the scoring in the 13th minute of the game before Myron van Brederode doubled the lead in the second.

Sadiq came off the bench in the 82nd minute of the game and was involved straight away in the third goal.

The former BK Hacken man passed on the opportunity to score his first goal for the club, setting up Vangelis Pavlidis for the game's third to put the game beyond the reach of the home side.

The win on Sunday means AZ are yet to drop a point this season after winning all five games, scoring 15 and conceding just two.
