In La Liga, Inaki Williams ended his 12-game goal drought with a goal and an assist in Athletic Club’s 7-1 demolition of Real Valladolid. Joseph Aidoo, playing for Valladolid, was substituted after 60 minutes. Williams now has five goals and eight assists in La Liga, ranking second for most assists in the league.
Defender Denis Odoi netted his first goal for Royal Antwerp, helping them secure a 2-2 draw against OH Leuven in the Belgian top flight. The 36-year-old has also contributed two assists in 18 league games since joining in the summer.
