In a statement, the Embassy urged those who have not yet registered to do so immediately, citing heightened tensions and unrest within the region.

It explained that the registration will enable the Embassy to “effectively communicate with, assist, and, if necessary, coordinate evacuation arrangements for Ghanaian citizens.”
The directive applies to all Ghanaians in Qatar, including students, workers, families, and visitors who are required to complete an online registration form provided by the mission.
The Embassy further assured that all information submitted will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for official emergency and consular purposes.
It added that updates will continue to be shared through its official communication channels as the situation develops.
