The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) has appointed Bawah Fuseini, President of Ghana Athletics, as Ghana’s Chef de Mission for the upcoming Africa Youth Games.
Fuseini, who also serves as the GOC’s Assistant Secretary-General, will lead the nation’s delegation to the Games, which are set to take place in Angola from December 10, 2025.
As Chef de Mission, he will oversee the team's overall preparation and ensure the welfare and logistical needs of Ghanaian athletes and officials are adequately met during the tournament.
“We are looking forward to supporting our athletes and officials for these games,” the GOC said in a statement, which also highlighted their activity calendar for the remainder of the year and into 2026.
