The Synagogue Church for All Nations (SCOAN) has commended 2012 flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Akufo-Addo for allowing God to use him as a vessel of peace for Ghana.Founder and General Overseer of the Church, Prophet T.B Joshua in a televised Sunday service, "saluted" the NPP leader for conceding defeat shortly after the Supreme Court delivered a judgment to dismiss the petition challenging the declaration of president John Mahama, as winner of the presidential election. He said: "This is what we expect as a leader in Africa instead of putting Africa in crisis...He displayed political maturity".Meanwhile, a Trustee of SCOAN, Lina Kamkam has stated that the victory is neither for NDC nor NPP but for Ghana as a country adding that, God heard the cry of the citizenry for peace on the land and answered them."It is time for Ghana to move forward as a nation...we have so much ahead of us," Miss Kamkam said. She also praised president John Mahama for the patience and tolerance throughout the eight long months that the petition was heard by the Supreme Court.
