Two powerhouses on the African continent, Accra Hearts of Oak of Ghana and Asec Mimosas of Cote d’Ivoire are billed to square it off in a fierce contest.
The match which comes on at the Lizzy’s sports complex on the 4th February at 10am is a friendly aimed at putting the twenty times Ghana league champions in shape during the league break. It also forms part of Asec’s preparations towards its impending CAF champions league campaign.
C.E.O. Fred Crenstil told Asempa sports, the match will also feature the new signings of the 2000 Champions League winners.
The high profile friendly game, he said, is part of the many good things in the pipe line for the “continental club masters”.
