The Minister for Finance and Economic Planning, Dr Kwabena Duffuor, today, Wednesday, November 16, 2011 presented the government's 2012 financial statement to Parliament.
The budget was presented under the theme: Infrastructural Development for Accelerated Growth and Job Creation.
