Gospel musician Michael Oware Sakyi popularly OJ has revealed that he failed mathematics exams multiple times during his school years.
Speaking in an interview with Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz, OJ, said while growing up he realised that his strength was in reading subjects while mathematics was a challenge for him.
The 'Onipa hia mmoa' singer claimed that his arithmetic was so bad that he failed his secondary school examination in mathematics multiple times.
"During my secondary school exams, I failed mathematics. On my second attempt I got an F again," he said.
According to OJ, he realised he had to polish his reading skills to help him in his career.
"I decided to read books, get into philosophy and things that will enhance the sharpness of my gift," he added.
OJ has hits like 'Koso ara na koso', 'Obi Nya waye', 'Etesen' and many others since he began his music career.
