Ghana Premier League side Inter Allies have announced their player Prince Appiah is dead.
According to the club: ''Appiah was involved in a fatal car accident on early hours of Sunday around Cantonments in Accra.
''He was taken to Police Hospital and later to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital where he battled for his life till he passed away this afternoon.''
The striker, formerly of Karela United, joined Inter Allies in May this year.
His only match for Inter Allies was the last Friday's friendly match against Madina Republicans.
