The Managing Director of Interplast Hayssam Fakhry has charged employees to be loyal to their institutions.
This according to him is key to the success for not only the company but the employees in their chosen fields.
Mr. Fakhry made the call when the company presented 2 Hyaundai i10 vehicles to 2 of its workers for long service.
He indicated that the presentation was done “to show our appreciation to two gentlemen who have worked continuously for 30 years for this company and I felt they fully deserved a really special award.

It gives us pride and joy to do something like that. It is also to show everybody that dedication at the end of the day pays.”
Mr. Fakhry expressed hope that the presentation would send a message to the world and employees at Interplast especially, would see that “it’s not all about sales but it’s also about the workers.”
Production Supervisor Faisal Nyamador who was full of excitement told JOY BUSINESS “in one breath I find it a big surprise but in another, it’s not because I know what this company is capable of doing.

This will change my life completely and it is going to make me work a lot harder. I will urge my colleagues to emulate what I have achieved.”
Robert Boi-fio, an Assistant foreman who received the 2nd vehicle told JOY BUSINESS he was overjoyed seeing what his company had done for him on his 30th anniversary with it.
“I never expected this and I will be eternally grateful to Interplast for this gesture. I am going to work even harder to prove to my managers that they did not reward me in vain” he noted.
