A lot has been happening in the run-up to the dissolution of the 7th Parliament and inauguration of the 8th Parliament as well as the investiture of President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo.

President Nana Akufo-Addo's earlier today presented his final State of the Nation Address to the seventh Parliament.
Among the topics he commented on, the President said it is good that his major opponent John Mahama has decided to go to court to settle his electoral dispute. He also urged members of the incoming 8th parliament to cooperate with each other for the interest of the country. Read more.
