The Super Station Joy FM has held the second live on-air job interview on the You're Hired Series brought to you by G7 Koncepts and Laine Services.
Three candidates were taken through a thrilling and nervy interview or chat session in a bid to be hired for the District Coordinator position for a waste management company in Accra.
One after the other, the candidates were asked intriguing questions by a panel- Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, host of the Super Morning Show on Joy FM and Ebenezer Ofori Agbettor, Executive Director of the Institute of Human Resource, Management Practitioners, Ghana.
The questions were to test the experiences of the candidates, their leadership skill and ability if hired for the position.
Over forty applicants applied for the job but only three made it to the interview session after a thorough screening session and psychometric tests conducted by Laines Services, one of the best HR Institutions in Africa.
Named only as candidate 1, 2 and 3 the applicants gave a good account of themselves and were scored up to five on each question asked.
Having already conducted several other tests, prior to the interview session, Laine Services will compile the results of each candidate throughout the process and make a recommendation to the prospective employer.
The employer will then decide which of the applicants to hire for the new job and the winner will then be announced on Joy FM.
Michael Adom was the first to be hired under the You're Hired series.
He is now the Administrator of a company in Takoradi.
The G7 Koncepts You're Hired series is in its 7th week. Keep listening to Joy FM, Myjoyonline.com, g7koncepts.net and laineservices.com for the next vacancy.
Play the attached audio and listen to interview sessions of the three candidates and vote who you think should win the job but remember your vote does not count.
