This year’s Joy FM Party in the Park recorded very high patronage. Hundreds of families thronged the Legon botanical gardens, venue for this year’s Joy FM family party in the park very early.
Children and their parents were treated to good music and various sporting disciplines such as sack race, lime and spoon, musical chairs and video games.
The event, which has become the biggest family outdoor programme is designed to foster close family ties being lost to pressures of work.
Sponsors of this year’s event include Cowbell, Dark N Lovely, Ribena, Elac and Vit Noodles.
