‘Showbiz A-Z’, the most authoritative entertainment talk show on radio, will be introducing a new segment.
The programme that airs on Joy 99.7 FM on Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm will, from March 25, 2023 have a segment called SAY IT LOUD.
This will be an editorial segment which will address very critical issues in the entertainment industry.
Hosted by entertainment journalist Kwame Dadzie, the topics to be presented on the segment, will either be gleaned from hot trending stories or neglected yet critical issues.
Speaking to Philip Nai, the producer of the show, he said this is an attempt by the production team to tackle issues that a lot of people dread to talk about in the showbiz space. He said, backed with facts, the segment seeks to put stakeholders in the arts, tourism and culture industries on their toes.
“This is our way revamping the show and also speaking truth to whoever matters in the entertainment industry without fear of favour. This is one of the surest ways of achieving results in this space. Fearless, blunt, fair and credible,” Philip said.

‘Showbiz A-Z’ for the past years has been dedicated to highlighting progressive conversations in the creative industry.
Prominent among these is its annual Ghana Month project which celebrates particular regions and places in the country.
After going to Cape Coast and Kumasi in the previous years to explore the cultures, arts and tourism of these areas, ‘Showbiz A-Z’ went to Afadjato in the Volta Region for the same purpose.
‘Showbiz A-Z’ is powered by Joy Entertainment.
