This year's Telecel Ghana Music Awards has generated more excitement as fans and managements of artistes debate about who wins the various categories.
Considering the popularity component of the scheme, some of the artistes have either re-invigorated their public relations or employed communication people to help advance the TGMA agenda for this year's awards.
On April 9, 2025, Ghanaian Media Personality Tilly Akua Nipaa was announced as head of the PR team for Ghanaian global hitmaker King Promise ahead of the awards slated for May 10, 2025.
With King Promise’s 10 nominations for the upcoming TGMA 2025 awards, the role of Tilly Akua Nipaa as his PRO for the award season is to amplify conversations on the excellent work done by King Promise in the year under review (2024).
After the Artiste of the Year title eluded him in last year's edition, King Promise's team believes the expertise of their PR team led by Tilly, will go a long way to bring him the coveted crown this time around.
Releasing hits songs like Paris, Continental, Favorite Story, and Too Sexy, King Promise has asserted dominance and has been vibrant in the year 2024, earning him 10 nominations in the scheme:
