L’AINE Foundation has inaugurated the 2026 cohort of the Ellen Hagan Nsoromma Program and officially launched Aqua Play Haven, a new child-friendly community facility supporting working mothers and promoting family wellbeing.
The dual event took place in Accra on Friday, March 27, 2026, drawing leaders, past cohorts, families, partners, and the young women of the new cohort.
The ceremony featured inspiring messages and the dedication of Aqua Play Haven by Very Rev. Dr. Solomon Nortey, who offered prayers for its longevity and impact.
He encouraged attendees to commit their work to God, blessing the facility as an extension of community service.

Mrs. Abena Osei-Poku, Managing Director of Ecobank Ghana, attended as Guest of Honour. She joined the leadership team on a guided tour of the facility, celebrating its role in easing pressures on working mothers by providing a safe and nurturing space for children.
Founder Dr. Mrs. Ellen Hagan delivered a keynote emphasizing the need for structured support, mentorship, and development for women balancing careers, family, and personal growth.
She described Aqua Play Haven as a practical solution, offering not just childcare but also community and connection.
Past Nsoromma participants shared testimonies of how the program had transformed their careers, confidence, and sense of purpose.
Many highlighted the mentorship, guidance, and professional exposure they received as life-changing.
Now in its third cohort, the Nsoromma Program remains one of Ghana’s leading women’s development initiatives. Over 10 months, participants engage in mentorship circles, leadership coaching, industry shadowing, life skills training, and spiritual grounding, blending personal growth with professional development.
The launch concluded with networking, photo sessions, and engagement among partners, alumni, and new participants, marking the beginning of a new chapter for both the Nsoromma Program and Aqua Play Haven.
