Ghana’s leading real estate firm, Lakeside Estate has launched the Lakeside Marina Water Park, a reactional park that will improve the quality of life of residents and visitors as well as create lasting memories.

Speaking at the launch, Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Prince-Joseph Ayiku, said Lakeside Estate began as part of its vision to create a community where families could find not just homes, but a lifestyle—one that offers tranquility, security, and a strong sense of belonging.

He indicated that his outfit has trained a team to the highest standards, from park attendants, ticket offices, personnel at every attraction to strengthen the safety of the park.
This is well-aligned measures that have been put in place to ensure that its guests enjoy their day with complete peace of mind, noting “We are committed to providing not just fun but a safe and secure environment as well”.
Dr. Ayiku expressed his deepest gratitude to the entire Lakeside Estate team, partners, and all those who have contributed to making the project a reality, adding, “Your hard work, passion, and dedication have brought us this far, and I am truly honored to lead such an exceptional group of individuals”.
