Chelsea moved 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League table courtesy of a 3-1 win against Swansea, in a game notable for a costly error from Lukasz Fabianski.
It looked to be business as usual for Chelsea who dominated throughout and took the lead through Cesc Fabregas who, on his 300th Premier League appearance, did well to dig Pedro’s cross from out underneath him and then prodded home from close range.
However they failed to kill the game off despite having multiple chances and were made to pay on the stroke of half-time when Ferndando Llorente was left unmarked from what at first appeared an unthreatening free-kick and steered a terrific header into the top corner.

With Liverpool the only other top six side in league action this weekend Chelsea's 11-point advantage will remain for some time, while Swansea are still 15th on 24 points.
