Zimbabwe’s Former Finance Minister, Simba Makoni, has re-iterated that he will contest next month’s election as an independent candidate.
He says, says if he wins that country's elections next month, he will establish a national authority to haul the country out of its crisis.
Makoni who is running as an independent candidate launched his manifesto in Harare yesterday. He has described Zimbabwe as a sad nation that is full of fear.
