The Ministry of Health (MoH) has issued an addendum to its recent call for proposals, announcing an extension to the submission deadline for the supply and installation of dialysis machines in selected hospitals across Ghana.
The original advertisement, published in the Ghanaian Times on Thursday, 4th September 2025, invited qualified suppliers, vendors, and organisations with proven capacity and relevant experience to submit comprehensive proposals.
These proposals are expected to include detailed technical specifications of the dialysis machines, previous experience in similar installations, after-sales service and maintenance plans, delivery timelines, and full cost breakdowns, including consumables.

In a statement released on Monday, September 8, the Ministry confirmed that the closing date for submissions has now been extended to Tuesday, 16th September 2025, allowing prospective bidders additional time to prepare and submit their documents.
This extension aims to ensure a more inclusive and competitive bidding process, while enabling interested parties to meet the comprehensive requirements outlined in the original tender.
Entities that meet the eligibility criteria the Ministry says are encouraged to take advantage of the extended timeline and submit their proposals within the new deadline.
