The 8th CEO Summit has named Moses Kwasi Baiden Jnr, CEO and Founder of Margins ID Group, as the overall best CEO in Ghana.
This award adds to the numerous accolades he has received over the past two decades.
It recognises the remarkable journey of Intelligent Cards Production Systems (ICPS) Limited, a member of the Margins Group, from its inception to becoming the largest certified facility in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Moses remains in constant pursuit of rare and exciting opportunities in the advancing field of technology and is committed to the Margins Group vision of being global leaders in identification, data systems, transactions, and solutions.
A skillful negotiator with strong business development and relationship-building skills, Moses has established win-win partnerships with both private and public organizations in the global marketplace.

He has also conceptualized, built, and managed award-winning products and services with the help of his exemplary team of industry experts.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and create value for his clients and stakeholders.
In January 2014, he was awarded Ghana's Greatest Entrepreneur of All Time Award 2023 at the Ghana Entrepreneur & Corporate Executive Awards by the Entrepreneur Foundation of Ghana.
In November 2023, Mr. Baiden won the Iconic Manufacturing Personality of the Decade from the Made-in-Ghana Summit & Awards, and was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Iconic Manufacturing Personalities of the Decade at the 10th Edition of the Made-in-Ghana Awards 2023.
The Ghana Corporate Brands Awards named Mr. Baiden Outstanding CEO of the Year in 2023.
The Ghana CEO Network inducted him into the Hall of Fame in 2021 for the Technology/ICT Sector in recognition of his sterling leadership, achievement, business excellence, and professionalism over the past year in technology.

The Ghana Entrepreneur & Corporate Executive Awards also awarded Mr. Baiden Ghana Business Icon of the Year Award in 2022.
The Millennium Foundation of Ghana conferred on Moses Baiden Jnr. the coveted Constitutional Honours Award for MAN of the YEAR 2022, recognizing his significant contribution to the development of the Ghanaian economy over the past year.
In 2019, Africa Digital Awards awarded Mr. Baiden Digital Influencer of the Year for the conceptualization, design, and building of the world-famous "Ghana Card."
At the Entrust Data Card Vision 2019 Conference in July, Mr. Baiden received the award for Access Control Partner of the Year 2019.
Mobex Africa also awarded him CEO of the Year 2019.
In the same year, he was inducted into the CEO Summit's Hall of Fame for his company’s monumental contribution to the development of Ghana's technology sector.
Additionally, the Ghana Manufacturing Awards honored him with the Leadership Excellence Award for being an exemplary leader and CEO of the Margins Group of companies for three decades.
Mr. Baiden has received numerous other accolades, including Best CEO in Integrated Security Services Industry 2018 during the European CEO Awards 2018 and being honored by the European CEO Awards for his exemplary contribution to promoting social and financial inclusion in Ghana.
He was inducted into the CEO Hall of Fame 2018 – Technology/ICT Category at the Ghana CEO Network / Ghana CEO Summit & Awards.
The Ghana Manufacturing Awards named him CEO of the Year for 2017, and the Made-in-Ghana Business Quality Awards conferred on him Best Western Region Business Icon of the Year 2017.
He was inducted into the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in the Security Card Production Sector in 2015/2016 during the Ghana Entrepreneur & Business Support Awards.
He received the Millennium Excellence Award for Innovation and Invention in December 2015 and was honored with the Award for Leadership, Inspiration, Innovation, and Development.
Mr. Baiden also received the SMEG Award for Venture Entrepreneur of the Year in November 2015 and the National Award for Starting and Growing Small and Medium Enterprises.
