The Chief Executive Officer of IPC Events, Mosunmola Nicole Akinwamide (MNA) is the Keynote Speaker for the 4th edition of Joy FM’s Showbiz Roundtable.
The programme is slated for November 18, 2023 at the Labadi Beach Hotel.
The Joy FM thought-leadership forum on arts, tourism and culture dubbed ‘EVENT, VENUES AND SAFETY’, aims at assessing the operations of event centres, challenges faced by event vendors, the safety consciousness of event patrons and the general precaution checklist of organizing events in general ahead of the Yuletide.
The speakers on the panel are Uncle Ebo Whyte, Playwright & Event Organiser and CEO of Asuavo Security Richard Osei.
Others are Sefa Gohoho, the CEO of Untamed Empire and Kojo Poku - Event Organiser at Big Ideaz Consult and Solomon Lartey, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asuavo Security.
Mosunmola Nicole Akinwamide is a multiple award-winning event producer, known for her creative and elegant style, her attention to detail, and her ability to create magical experiences that heighten the five senses.
MNA is also a renowned author, recognized as one of Africa’s top celebrity wedding, and destination event planner who has achieved remarkable success in her field as the CEO of IPC Events, a Pan-African brand.
She is the author of 'The Magic of Moments', a best-selling book that sold over 6000 hard copies in less than 45 days of pre-release. She has planned and executed over 857 events, ranging from weddings to destination events, for celebrities and discerning clients in the last 15 years.
An alumnus of the Pan Atlantic University of the Lagos Business School, She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Lagos, and certification from the Event School, London.
MNA is not only a successful entrepreneur but also a mentor and teacher. She is passionate about empowering the next generation of event planners by providing them with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive in the industry.
She is a role model and an inspiration for many young Africans who aspire to make their mark in the world of events.
The Academy has trained over 1,800+ students from Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, South Africa,andallacrossNigeria.
As a recognized face in the Events Industry who has been featured on the front cover of leading African magazines, she founded the IPC events academy in 2012 to train and equip aspiring event planners in Africa with event management best practices.
MNA is the first African and Nigerian to host a Pan-African masterclass tour all across Pan- African countries like Ghana, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Cote D'Ivoire, Uganda, and Kenya.
MNA has planned and executed over 857 events, ranging from weddings to destination events, for celebrities and discerning clients in the last 15 years.
MNA has executed over 32 concerts across Nigeria o the last 12 months.
