There seemed to be ecstasy on Twitter as Ghanaians celebrate President Nana Akufo-Addo on his birthday with the hashtag #NanaAt79.
‘Addo Show Boy‘ as he is affectionately called by many Ghanaians turns 79 years today.
On Twitter, Ghanaians have expressed their gratitude for his leadership and showered well-wishes on him for his contribution to the development of the country.
They also prayed for good health and long life to be able to continue with his good governance.
The First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo has also taken to the micro-blogging site to celebrate President Akufo-Addo.
She said “Happy birthday to my dear husband and the President of the Republic.”

Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has also joined well-wishers to celebrate President Akufo-Addo.
On his Twitter page, Dr Bawumia said “I wish my boss President @NAkufoAddo a happy birthday. I thank you and appreciate you. May God continue to give you the wisdom, good health and long life to direct the affairs of our motherland Ghana.”

The Tertiary Students Confederacy of the New Patriotic Party at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (TESCON-KNUST) has also expressed their good-will message to celebrate President Akufo-Addo.
