NDK Financial Services will launch its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) foundation during its 25th Anniversary Lecture at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on July 21.
An initial seed money of GH¢2 million has been set aside for establishing the foundation. The launch of the foundation is part of NDK Financial Services quest to contribute effectively to the socio-economic development of Ghana through education, infrastructure and sports.
The launch will coincide with the company's anniversary lecture to be attended by dignitaries from all walks of life. The guest speaker for the lecture is the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Professor Ernest Aryeetey.

Prof Aryeetey will speak on the theme: The Politics of Educational Reforms in Ghana. The event will create a platform to interrogate various educational policies that have been implemented and evaluate their impact on Ghana’s development agenda with respect to human capital development.
An Educationist, teachers trainer and author Anis Haffar will chair the event.

Managing Director of NDK Financial Services Oko Nikoi Dzani says the company prides itself with giving back to society in its 25 years of existence.
“We understand our business does not exist in a vacuum, as such, we are mindful of the impact we have on our community and the nation as a whole he said,“ he said.

"Our CSR is focused primarily on Education and Sports and we have over the years supported our community in innumerable ways," he added.
Over the years, NDK sponsored students through the tertiary and secondary education levels. The company in the past has sponsored brilliant medical students within the Osu community with some beneficiaries working as qualified doctors.
In March 2006 NDK built the Puteh Presby Primary School to meet the educational need of the Puteh community. It continues to support the school and its administration in nurturing the next generation.
It also donated computers to the St Barnabas Anglican School and Osu Presbyterian Preparatory school ICT access for the students.
The financial services company is known for its affiliation with Hockey. It has since 2009 sponsored the National Hockey team in its international exploits.
