Some seven lucky Ghanaians have been awarded an all-expense paid trip to Dubai through the recently held IDEAL ‘SƆkyii Saa’ to Dubai promotion.
Comfort Achemaponma, a koko (beverage) seller and a mother of three from Ashiaman emerged as one of the seven winners after a four-month IDEAL Milk ‘SƆkyii Saa’ to Dubai promotion. She has been selling porridge on the streets for two years.
According to Comfort, she enjoys serving the people of Ashaiman every morning, with some help from her son. She explained that using the product everyday gave her the opportunity to participate in the promotion.
The trip to UAE is to show Nestle Ghana's appreciation to Ghanaians who have accepted the Ideal Milk product since its introduction 52 years ago.
To stand a chance of winning, consumers were encouraged to purchase the product with the special promotional label and text the numbers or letters behind the label to a designated short code.
Out of the over 40,000 entries received, seven winners emerged with each winner given the opportunity to travel with one additional person. This brings the total number of people participating in the all expense trip to 14.
Again, over 30,000 other consumers were rewarded with cash prizes through mobile money, and shopping vouchers.
Additionally, electronic appliances including 17 Television sets and 7 Fridges, together with 10 fiber gas cylinders were awarded to other winners.
Expressing gratitude at the grand awards presentation, Omofasa Orhiunu; Category Manager for Dairy, said, "we are delighted to offer this extraordinary opportunity to our valued loyal customers. The IDEAL Trip to Dubai reflects our commitment to creating lasting memories while rewarding our loyal consumers. We are excited to witness the winners' journey to Dubai and share in their unforgettable experiences."
He emphasized that Ideal Milk’s consumers "remain the true champions, and their love and trust have played a big role in the brand story."
According to him, "the category is delighted to offer this extraordinary opportunity to its valued loyal customers."
