Scores of supporters of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) have thronged an Accra High Court where police are expected to arraign the beleaguered Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin North, Kennedy Agyapong.
Mr Agyapong was formally charged with the non-bailable offence of treason, Tuesday.
The Assin North MP has been in police detention since Monday after he declared "war" on his radio station Oman FM, over the failure of the police to act to stop violence in the ongoing biometric registration exercise.
Joy News’ Anny Osabutey who was at the court said My Agyapong has not yet arrived at the court.
