The fate of five national executive aspirants of the New Patriotic Party will be decided today.
The party’s vetting committee last week disqualified the five who subsequently appealed against the decision.
The head of the elections committee of the party Martin Agyei Mensah Korsah tells JOYNEWS, a review committee which looked into their apeal will submit its report to the vetting committee for a final decision.
The vetting committee had stated, the disqualified aspirants were ignorant about the party.
Five persons - Fred Kwaku Amankwa Sarfo (Vice Chairman), Philomena Serwaa Akoto Sam (Vice Chairperson), HajiaFati Amadu (Vice Chairperson), Kamal – deen Abdullai (National Nasara Coordinator) and Charles Adu Gyamfi (National Youth Organizer) - were last Thursday declared unqualified to contest their respective national positions in the party.
