A deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party has been burgled by armed men Thursday, evening.
Two men said to be armed with guns broke into the car of Samuel Awuku parked around the airport area and made away with his laptop.
He said he was then taking a drink at a restaurant when the incident occurred.
Reasons for the attack are yet unknown, but he told Joy News he suspected foul play.
According to him, he was alerted by a security guard who claimed his car was broken into by the two gun-wielding men.
He had only left the studios of Joy FM where he was engaged in a hot debate with officials of the National Youth Employment Programme over the controversial mystery tape said to offer cash and other immediate benefits to persons who would do the government's bidding.
