A violent conflict broke out between the Ando and Nalori communities in the Chereponi district of the Northeast Region on Sunday afternoon over a piece of farmland.
The clash resulted in the entire Nalori community being completely burnt down, leaving its residents homeless.
Although there were no reported fatalities, one person sustained gunshot wounds during the incident.
Authorities have arrested one individual in connection with the violence.
The situation remains tense as the affected community members seek shelter and assistance.
