Charlton Athletic midfielder Freda Ayisi says she's buzzing after training with the Black Queens for the first time on Tuesday, February 20.
The 29-year-old joined the rest of the team for the second day of training after missing the opening day at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The former Arsenal player was handed a maiden call-up to the Black Queens team by Nora Hauptle ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games third-round qualifier against Zambia.
Ayisi was involved in all of Tuesday's training sessions and looked comfortable at home.

After training, she said to the media, "It feels amazing. I am happy to be here, I am happy to train with the girls. It's been fun."
"The preparations have been normal like what I am used to at home. Everybody has welcomed me here so I'm happy. I get on board with all the girls and like I said before, it's great to be here."
Ayisi also stressed on the need for the team to focus on one game at a time in their quest for a first-ever Olympics appearance.
"The main focus is to take each game at a time [and] hopefully we qualify for the Olympics."
The 2014 Women's FA Cup winner will be hoping to make her debut for the Black Queens in the first leg of the game against Zambia at the Accra Sports on Friday, February 23.
