The Church of Pentecost has donated 10 vans to the National Commission on Civic Education (NCCE) to aid its public education activities on coronavirus.
The intervention by the Church is aimed at augmenting government’s efforts towards curbing the spread of the virus in the country.
Already Ghana has recorded 52 cases of COVID-19 and two deaths.
The Church hopes that with these vehicles, the NCCE can reach out to many more Ghanaians through its educational activities.

They are fitted with public address systems and were officially handed over to the Deputy Minister of Health, Alexander Abban on Tuesday after a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the church and NCCE.
In addition, the Church has also donated a full set of 50 Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) worth ₵20,000 to the Health Ministry.
Also, in collaboration with Tobinco Pharmaceuticals, the Church has donated hand sanitizers to the tune of ₵20,000 to the Health Ministry.
