The Supreme Court on Monday, February 15 heard a new application by the petitioner in the ongoing election petition, seeking to reopen his case.

John Mahama who closed his case on Monday, February 8 after presenting three witnesses for cross-examination, raised objections when lawyers for the Electoral Commission refused to call any witness or induce evidence.

The apex court heard the application by lead counsel for John Mahama, Tsatsu Tsikata today.
