The Gyan family, over the weekend, buried the mother of Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan and held a talk-of-town funeral that brought traffic to a halt in both the Ashanti and Greater Accra regions.
The deceased, Cecelia Love Amoako died in November last year in a car crash in Accra at age 61, leaving behind her husband Gyan Baffour Mensah popularly called ‘Asaase Jay’ and four children- Mavis Danquah, ex-Ghana international Baffour Gyan, Opoku Mensah aka Zigay and Asamoah Gyan aka Baby Jet.
