Four-time winners of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ), Prempeh College will face off with a one-time winner, St. Thomas Aquinas and Asanteman SHS on Tuesday's second contest.
The Amanfuo folk are tipped as favourites considering their formidable performance in the competition.
Last year, they came short of making it to the semi-finals as Cape Coast-based Wesley Girls’ High School brushed them and Achimota School aside.

St. Thomas Aquinas SHS lost their seed to Achimota School at the One-eighth Stage of the 2019 edition of the competition and will also want to show their mettle.
