The Supreme Court today, Wednesday, February 3, 2021, heard oral arguments on an application filed by counsel for the petitioner, Tony Lithur yesterday.
John Mahama, who is the petitioner in the 2020 election petition case at the apex court is seeking to be granted permission to inspect some documents of the Electoral Commission.
