Tonight, The Probe will discuss the implementation of the Right to Information Law three years after it was passed.
The guest for tonight is the Executive Secretary of the Right to Information Commission, Yaw Sarpong Boateng.
In March, Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah disclosed that only 223 Right to Information (RTI) requests have been received so far from public institutions and individuals after the Act was passed into law.
There has since been general concerns about the slow pace of response to applications for information from public institutions.
