A priest has appealed to musicians to use their songs as a tool for moral rejuvenation and development.
Rev Kweku Debra-Hammond, Minister in-charge of the Akyawkrom Methodist Church in the Ejisu-Juaben District, said music was a powerful tool used to correct, commend and instruct people in their deeds.
He was speaking at a gospel festival organised by the church to usher in the new-year at Akyawkrom on Monday.
Rev Debra-Hammond appealed to musicians, especially gospel musicians, to use their songs to propagate the good news of Christ instead of using it purposely for wealth.
