The Venture Capital Trust Boss is proposing private equity financing as one of the surest options start-ups can explore to grow and expand their business.
Small businesses and entrepreneurs have often had difficulty going through the commercial banks to secure funds.
But going forward, Chief Executive of the Fund, Daniel Doku, told Joy Business starts-ups should consider equity financing.
He added that most businesses that have gone this way have not regretted, citing the Accra Mall as a case in point.
Whether equity financing or joint ownership is the way out for business start-ups will be the subject for discussion on Business Trends on Joy FM Wednesday afternoon at 2:05.
