Ghanaian music stars Stonebwoy, Fameye, DopeNation and Akwaboah are set to headline the Ghana for Gold Concert in Scotland on Saturday, August 1, 2026, bringing together members of the Ghanaian community and music lovers for an evening of live entertainment and cultural celebration.

The event, organised by ASA Plus, will be held at the renowned Usher Hall on Lothian Road in Edinburgh, with gates opening at 6:00 p.m. Organisers say the concert is designed to celebrate Ghana's rich cultural heritage while rallying support for Ghanaian athletes competing at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

The concert will feature performances by award-winning dancehall artiste Stonebwoy, highlife musician Akwaboah, Afro-fusion singer Fameye and award-winning music duo DopeNation.

The artistes are expected to thrill fans with some of their biggest hits, offering audiences in Scotland the opportunity to enjoy a showcase of contemporary Ghanaian music on one stage.

According to the organisers, the event also seeks to strengthen unity among Ghanaians in the diaspora by promoting patriotism and national pride.
