Barcelona have confirmed the signing of Joan Angel Roman from Manchester City.The 19-year-old midfielder joined City three years ago when they paid Espanyol £1million for his services.However, Roman has failed to break into the first team and he has now opted for a switch back to his native Catalunya.Sky Sports revealed earlier this week that talks were at an advanced stage and now Barcelona have confirmed the deal.StrongerThe teenager has signed a three-year deal at Camp Nou and will start the season with Barca's B side."Being in England for three years has helped me to mature a lot and to become physically stronger," said Roman."I'm raring to start and start learning. When I heard Barca were interested in me, that was my priority."I can assure you that I'll work hard and give everything I can out on the pitch."
