Hearts of Oak Administrative manager Ashford Tettey Oku has been forced to resign from the club after persistent pressure from board chairman Togbe Afede XIV.
Information reaching JOY Sports reveals that Tettey Oku has come under persistent accusations for aiding sacked coach Ck Akunnor to recruit unqualified players for the club and as well as paying some staff members unduly.
