NSMQ Fixtures out
The National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) buzz continues to build on Twitter, with the balloting of contests now complete! The upcoming contests will be made up of schools from Pots A, B and C. The excitement and anticipation are palpable, with the official NSMQ page Tweeting to announce the fixtures, dates and viewing channels for the annual competition, starting Monday 15 November. EL ‘Bar 6’ Album Release
Veteran Ghanaian rapper and Head of VONation, Elorm Adablah, popularly known as E.L, asked fans to “@ someone who hasn’t listened to Bar 6 Yet?” in a Tweet announcing the much-awaited 15 track album. The album is set to feature talented rappers like; Tulenkey, Lyrical Joe, Joey B, Gambo, Yung Pabi, Dex Kwesi and more.

King Promise Teases Ghanaians about upcoming 'Promiseland'
Highlife and Afrobeats Artist King Promise’s teaser campaign, ahead of his highly anticipated “Promiseland” (The Homecoming Edition) live concert, is in full swing on Twitter. The event, which is sure to be a highlight of the holiday season, is scheduled for 24 December at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. The recently Tweeted teaser video received a huge reaction from fans.
CKAY ‘Love Nwantiti’ takes the world by Storm
Singer and songwriter Ckay is taking the world by storm with #LoveNwantiti, which has been consistently trending on Twitter in the past week. #LoveNwantiti’s staying power is undeniable with massive streaming numbers, which fans can’t stop Tweeting about. Ckay recently shared a Tweet celebrating 100 million on-demand streams in the USA alone.
Fanpage Boyfriend_ville revealed in a Tweet that the song is the first Afrobeats/Nigerian song to debut straight on the US Billboard 100 chart, without first appearing on the Bubbling Under 100 chart. In Ghana, social media influencer KalyJay Tweeted a shout out about Ckay’s impressive Youtube views as well.
Black Stars vs Ethiopia
The Black Stars have Tweeted about their intensified training regimen in Orlando, South Africa, ahead of the crucial World Cup Qualifier against Ethiopia. Likewise, Citi Sports tweeted about the ongoing training, and legendary sports Journalist Kwabena Yeboah has said he wants nothing but a victory from team Ghana.
